On-Site Support

When problems are encountered, We are dispatched to your home or place of business. We work to resolve issues that cannot be addressed through remote support or guidance (see Help Desk services). We can also work within your organization as a “virtual IT department” that will handle planning, consultation, routine tasks and preventative maintenance – duties typically performed by an in-house computer operations department.

Functions covered by our On-Site Support service include:

Dedicated on-site technicians are assigned to our customers. As a our customer, your technician can provide ongoing preventative maintenance through scheduled visits, as well as technical support for troubleshooting, resolving issues and working on minor projects.

Full-time support is also available for your home or businesses requiring continuous on-site presence.
